  • You can shop my available work here! I add new work to my online shop throughout the year in collections . To be notified about when I release a collection of work you can sign up for my emails here. I also occasionally have my work for sale at an art event and will let my email list know as well.

  • I currently release new artwork in collections a couple times throughout the year. To be notified when new artwork will be available, sign up for my email list here.

  • I take on a limited amount of commissions per year dependent on my schedule. I’d love to chat more about the process and hear your idea! You can find out more and connect with me about commissioning a painting here.

  • All paintings are wrapped in paper, padded securely, and placed in a well-fitted cardboard box. Your painting is then shipped through Canada Post, and you will be emailed a tracking number.

  • Of course! I offer a free local pickup option at checkout. After your purchase I will email you to arrange a pick-up time that works best for you. Local pickup is available in Vernon, BC.

  • Yes I do provide international shipping! If you're concerned about shipping costs, feel free to email me at hello@aimeebaerg.com to receive an estimate.

Shipping

I am not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service. That being said, I work hard to package your order with great care so it arrives safely to your home and provide a tracking number upon shipment. If you have any concerns or questions, email me at hello@aimeebaerg.com

Commissions

All commission deposits are non-refundable.

I retain the rights to the image of all sold and commissioned original paintings, including the right to make reproductions of commissioned artwork unless the collector has purchased full or partial rights to the artwork in addition to purchasing the original.

Rights to artwork and images

All artwork and images are the sole property of Aimee Baerg and may not be used without permission.

I retain all rights to the artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY AND ALL ARTWORK I CREATE UNLESS THE COLLECTOR HAS PURCHASED FULL OR PARTIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK (this is in addition to purchasing the original).

The Collector or buyer has the right to display the artwork in their home or business but retains no other rights to the artwork. They may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.
